  • Company Description Homeboy Industries provides hope, training, and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community. Homeboy Industries was founded in 1988 by Father Gregory Boyle as a job program offering alternatives to gang activity in one of the areas of the highest gang concentration in Los Angeles. It has grown into the most successful and largest gang intervention, rehab, and re-entry program in the country with numerous social enterprise businesses, programs, and support services. Homeboy has helped thousands to discover their own worth, integrate into society, and break the intergenerational cycle of incarceration, violence, and abuse.
